Refund & Cancellation Policy
How trials, cancellations, renewals, and refunds work for SupportFlow subscriptions.
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. Free trial
Every new SupportFlow workspace starts with a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start the trial, and you are never charged during the trial. If you cancel or stop using SupportFlow before the trial ends, nothing is charged.
2. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans (Starter, Business, Growth) are billed monthly or annually in US dollars through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, taxes, and invoices. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Annual plans renew once per year.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings in the SupportFlow dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep full access until then, and the subscription does not renew afterwards. You do not need to contact support to cancel, but you can reach us at thundergodsandeer@gmail.com if anything is unclear.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, in line with Paddle's buyer terms and applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at thundergodsandeer@gmail.com and we will either resolve the issue with you directly or pass your request to Paddle for handling.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, and the timing of the credit depends on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy removes refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
5. Plan changes and downgrades
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, with charges prorated for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep the features of your current plan until then.
6. What happens to your data after cancellation
If you cancel, your workspace remains available until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, conversation and ticket history is retained according to your plan's retention setting and then removed in line with our Privacy Policy. Export anything you need before your access ends.
