Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of SupportFlow and its AI support platform.

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SupportFlow website at supportflow.cc, the SupportFlow application and dashboard, and the SupportFlow chat widget (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or installing the chat widget on your website, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by SupportFlow. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. What SupportFlow provides

SupportFlow is a customer support platform that includes an AI support agent trained on your own knowledge base, an embeddable chat widget for your website, conversation and ticket management, human escalation by email, and analytics. Descriptions of features and plan limits are on the pricing page.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for the actions of the team members you invite to your workspace. You may not share a single account between organizations or resell access to the Service without permission.

4. Subscriptions, billing and the free trial

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for SupportFlow subscriptions. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Current prices for the Starter, Business and Growth plans are shown on the pricing page.

New workspaces include a 7-day free trial of the Starter plan. No credit card is required for the trial. If you cancel or stop using the Service before the trial ends, you are not charged.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in the dashboard. Cancellations, renewals and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes;
  • upload content to the knowledge base or business data that you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights or privacy;
  • attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or circumvent security or usage limits;
  • reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law;
  • use the AI agent to generate harmful, deceptive, or spam content, or to mislead website visitors about the fact that they are chatting with an automated assistant when required by law to disclose it.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into SupportFlow: your knowledge base articles, business data, conversations, tickets, and your customers' details. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including generating AI replies and delivering escalation emails.

Each workspace's data is isolated from other workspaces. You are responsible for the content you publish to your knowledge base and for how you use SupportFlow with your own customers, including having a lawful basis for the personal data you process about them.

7. AI-generated replies

AI replies are generated automatically from your knowledge base and business data. They may sometimes be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI performance, configuring escalation rules so important conversations reach a human, and for anything the widget communicates on your behalf. AI output is not professional advice.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including hosting, payment processing (Paddle), transactional email delivery, and AI processing used to generate support replies. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and continue to improve it, but we may modify or discontinue features, and we may need to interrupt the Service for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, except as required by mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

10. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using it and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other customers. Where practical, we will notify you before doing so.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportFlow's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, except where such a limitation is not permitted by law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Before formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
